Thozamile Botha
Non-Executive Director
Dr Thozamile Botha (Non-Executive Director), 2020 to 2021 August he was the Chairperson of the 5 member Ministerial Advisory Panel (MAP) to Minster Lindiwe Sisulu. The advisory function included matters of human settlements and urban infrastructure development planning. In 2004 to 2008 he was Special Advisor to Minister Sisulu in her portfolio as Minister of Housing. 2009 to 2014 he was a Member of Parliament as Chief Whip of the 3rd largest party in Parliament, the Congress of the People (COPE), and a Member of the Portfolio Committee on Housing. Dr Both is a innovative critical thinker and investor. His vision for pushing the boundaries of technology and consumer integration have increased exposure to digital transformation. Dr Botha has adopted organic growth strategy and influenced the executive team of DigitalPaper. He qualifies to be a strategic leader since he has great ability to make decisions that involves critical analysis.
Partson Takombwa
Chief Financial Officer
Partson Takombwa CA(SA) CA (Z) PDTax Law, MTP (SA) is the Chief Financial Officer of DigitalPaper. Partson is an accounting and tax expert. He is a qualified chartered accountant and also has a post graduate diploma in tax law and Mining tax law with a wealth of experience in preparing consolidations and advising on tax issues. Partson is an expert at using Caseware (Financial statements preparation software). Partson is a self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills. He is an astute team leader and a team player. He provides strategic oversight of financial matters and business planning activities to help the institution to successfully navigate the evolving business landscape, employ best practices and make strategic investments for the future.
Tenny Sibanda
Chief Executive Officer
Tenny Sibanda (Chief Executive Officer) (MBA), being the renowned cofounder of DigitalPaper is a clear indicator of his leadership traits. Herbert Zuze (Technical and Operations Director) holds master’s in business information systems, BSc Hons Computer Science, Prince2 Practitioner, ISTQB® Scrum Master Pro. A hard-working, result-oriented and dependable IT Professional with proven leadership skills and a track record of success in multiple projects. I have experience of working with the public and private institutions, which has taught me great values of friendliness, efficiency, and open-mindedness. I have strong sense of self confidence and high level of articulation, with great planning and organizing capabilities that motivates, inspire, cultivate collaboration and teamwork. As a servant leader, I also possess good judgement, prioritization abilities, encourages team self-management with high levels of sense of business acumen. More importantly, I am strategic thinker and pays special attention to management of risks. I always inspire to consistently execute high-impact, high-visibility initiatives/projects that align with the long-term goals of companies and to deliver projects on time with positive value to clients.

Ronald possesses an in-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis with solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes. He is responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies according to our company goals and objectives to accelerate growth and oversees all commercial and managerial aspects of DigitalPaper Consolidated projects to ensure they are completed on time and within the allocated budget whilst also collaborating with other executives within the company to decide on potential future projects.
Ronald has strong understanding of African landscape, people and experience in over 15 African countries.
